About Heading

Project DULCIMER was a highly classified NSA project that was developed in the 1970s responsible for “collecting and parsing SIGINT from across the world through satellite, aircraft and ground-based radio chatter, and cracked those numbers in huge NSA computation farms created by DARPA”. The final product is The Report: an “algorithmic assessment of local “weapon assets” based on weird math”. The team responsible for the report would become it’s own research devision within the NSA, then due to privatization under the later years of the Regan administration that devision spun off into it’s own company Acuity Dynamix.

Acuity Dynamix began contracting exclusively with the NSA, remaining in essence the high-tech research devision the team began as. By 1989 our scope expanded to working with other American agencies like the FBI and CIA to facilitate the creation of new shared information systems allowing more effective communication and information sharing between different levels of law enforcement. To today Acuity Dynamix is still the goto contractor for American law enforcement and intelligence agencies for inter-agency communication among other tech solutions.

We do not rest on our laurels. As society adapts, we adapt. It is not enough to learn how to master emerging technologies like Project DULCIMER, but to anticipate new technologies, determine how to bring them into existence, and learn when they will ultimately become obsolete. After 2005 we have widened our scope to foreign and private customers, allowing us to share our tradescraft with you. Today, we are still the NSA’s #1 preferred vendor for the research and interpretations of emerging technologies. Hire us, and you’ll find out why.
